These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Quotations

All price quotations provided by Printvision (UK) Ltd are based on today’s current costs of production and in the event of any increase in wages or costs of materials to us occurring after the confirmation of accepted contract, we shall be entitled to charge such increases to you.

Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of the price quotation document, subject to stock availability. All orders are quoted based on bulk packaging unless stated otherwise. Please check with our sales team before committing to an order.

All price quotations are based on artwork being provided in a print ready format using our designated templates. Artwork templates can be found on our website under the product description. Additional charges will apply if an artwork service is required.

All orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted to take account of any change in the law or government regulations requiring us to increase prices by the way of direct taxation, import duties, customs, and excise duties or otherwise.

Orders

Printvision (UK) Ltd requires all artwork to arrive in a print ready format and using our designated templates. Any amendments, alterations or a change of artwork may require additional charges and could result in the late delivery of your order. Should incorrect or unusable artwork arrive, this will delay shipment.

Delayed artwork approvals will halt the process and result in a late delivery. For non-account holders, please ensure payment is made in full otherwise this will delay delivery dates.

If for any reason you do not provide a delivery address before dispatch, we will use your invoice address as the delivery destination until we are emailed and/or informed otherwise. Delivery addresses can be amended up to 24hrs before despatch.

As far as it is in our power to do so, we will take reasonable care to keep details of your order and payments secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by you if a third party obtains unauthorised access to the information you supply when accessing or ordering from our website, except for negligence on our part.
