• My order has arrived, but is incorrect or damaged, what should I do?

    If your order has arrived incorrect, incomplete, or damaged please contact our operations team at ops@printvision.co.uk. We will be able to help in any way. We will ask you to email an image or video of any faulty or damaged items so we can investigate further.

    How do I change my order?

    To change your order, you can email us at sales@printvision.co.uk or speak with one of our team on our online live chat quoting your order number.

    Please note once orders have been sent to production for print your order can not be changed unless you pay additional costs for reprinting.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You can, please contact us as soon as possible – if the order has not yet gone into production, then there may only be an administration fee. However, if the order has been printed you will be liable for the printing costs.

    Can I personalise my own product?

    Yes, we print full colour across all our materials, so you can have any design that you want. You can download the product template and create your own design or request an artwork quote from our in-house design team

  • Do backpack flags come with a backpack?

    Yes, but please note that this product is simply a backpack designed to support the flag. It doesn’t contain any pockets or compartments to store additional items

    Can I fix the feather, teardrop and rectangle advertising flags to a wall or roof?

    Our advertising flags are to be used with our available bases only; we strongly advise that none of our advertising flags are fixed to walls, buildings or roofs. They are not designed to be used in this way and we take no responsibility for any damages or issues that may occur should any product be used incorrectly

    Can I wash my flag to keep it clean?

    Yes, you can wash any of our flags to keep them looking fresh. We advise customers to use either a cold wash or the lowest temperature cycle available. We also advise that no detergent is used as these chemicals can damage the knitted polyester and/or fade the colours over time

    How long will my flag last?

    We always use high-quality knitted polyester and our flags are professionally finished by our in-house team, but the life of the flag will depend on how it is being used. The location where the flag is used will have a big effect, alongside the conditions it is exposed to. If you leave your flag outside where it’s exposed to various weather conditions, it is far more likely to perish than a flag that is hung indoors for example. We respectfully request that all customers who purchase through Printvision use judgement when it comes to this matter.

    I want to be able to wave my custom flag, can I order a pole with it?

    Yes, you can request a handwaving flagpole when placing your order. We create a pocket on the side of your flag that the flagpole simply slips into.

    I want to fly my custom flag; can you help with the fittings?

    We offer two different options for this; brass eyelets and rope and toggle. Brass eyelets are the most popular option and we can add these onto the flag in as many places as you want. Most people choose to have one in each corner or possibly two on one side only, but you can have them wherever you want. You can request this at the ordering stage. Rope and toggle is added when you’d like to run the flag up a flag pole, allowing it to fly in the classic fashion. Again, you can add this to your flag at the ordering stage

    I’ve seen the flag sleeve on the feather, teardrop and rectangle flags; what is this for?

    The flag sleeve is a piece of elasticated webbing that we stitch to the edge of the flag. This webbing is where the flagpole fits to the flag; you simply push the end of the pole through the webbing right to the end. We offer two different webbing colours, black or white, and you can choose which you prefer during the ordering process

    Does the interlining affect the colour of double-sided flags?

    Yes, it can in some cases. The knitted polyester that we use has an open weave, meaning that any colour laid across the back can affect the colour. This can be noticeable with lighter coloured flags

    What is the difference between single sided and double-sided flags?

    Single sided print is the most popular and most cost-effective flag option. We print onto one piece of material only; this means that the artwork reads correctly on one side and is a mirror reverse on the other.

    With double-sided flags, we print two pieces of material and then stitch them together with an interlining between them. This interlining prevents one side of the flag showing through to the other. It also means that you can have two different pieces of artwork stitched together to make one flag. Please note that double sided flags are significantly heavier than single sided flags

    Can I personalise my own flag?

    How do you print your flags?

    We start with a roll of white knitted polyester material and we feed this through our fabric printer. We print your design directly onto the material, almost like the paper inkjet printer you might use at home or at work. The process of printing directly to fabric is called dye sublimation

  • I need to change my delivery address, can I?

    Delivery addresses can be amended once your order has been placed. You can do this by emailing us at sales@printvision.co.uk and reference the order number.

    Do you deliver outside of UK mainland?

    Yes, however all delivery quotes are quoted for UK mainland only. If you would like a quote for delivery outside UK mainland, please email sales@printvision.co.uk

    How long will delivery be?

    All our deliveries are on a next day delivery once they have been dispatched; however, due to couriers this is not always guaranteed. If you need an urgent delivery, please email sales@printvision.co.uk for more information. Additional charges may be applicable.

    How much is delivery?

    Our delivery charge varies from product to product, but if you need any further information on our delivery costs, please contact our sales team on 0116 266 6227.

    If you have a preference to a courier service we use, this can be accommodated. However additional charges may be applicable depending on the courier.

    Can I have a Saturday delivery?

    You can as a special request. Saturday delivery will incur an additional fee- please note that this delivery is not guaranteed.

    What time will I receive my delivery?

    Standard delivery is around 8:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday, for more delivery info please see our delivery page

    Can I get my order quicker?

    As all products are custom printed our lead times are roughly around 5-7 working days depending on the product. However, we offer an express service for more information please call 0116 266 6227 or email sales@printvision.co.uk.

    How long will the delivery take?

    We dispatch all orders on a Next Day Delivery service where possible. However, geographical exclusions do apply, and, in these cases, additional delivery charges will be added to the order at the checkout stage. Any additional charges and/or delivery times will be advised during the ordering process

    What is your production time?

    Our standard production time on most products is four to five working days from approval of artwork, but we do offer an Express service if you need your order quickly. Certain items take longer, and this will be shown during the checkout stage

  • I don’t have any artwork, what can I do?

    We have an experienced design team here to help, if you have a vision in mind and would like help creating the artwork our design team can bring this to life. Additional charges do apply for this service. Prices vary depending on artwork details.

  • How do I get a VAT invoice?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed a VAT invoice. If you need an invoice for an older order, please email accounts@printvision.co.uk and we will arrange for a copy of your invoice to be sent through to you.
