We are able to accept other file formats such a MS-Word or MS-Publisher and convert them (Prices start from £15) however you should be aware that designs made in MS-Word or MS-Publisher are difficult to accurately print from due to font and colour variation problems. We do not accept any responsibility for any errors in printing jobs designed in these or similar programs.

To make sure your pdf has not corrupted you must also send us a proof, this could be a .jpg output of the file so we can cross reference the two or you should post us a hard copy print out particulally if you want something colour matching to a previous job.

Colour Variation

Colours can vary using the full colour printing process between jobs, never assume the printed job will match your screen colours, we do not accept any liability for colour difference between jobs if you have not:- Supplied a hard copy proof or purchased a colour proof from us or supplied a copy of something that has been printed before or told us of a job we have already printed before so we can try and match to a file copy.

Alternatively you can send us your artwork upto 2GB, this is an ideal way to send us large files. Recommended file sharing sites:Mail Big File, You Send IT

In Design

Please ensure all fonts and pictures used in your artwork is supplied to us in a separate folder using the "package" function under the "file" menu. Compress the document using stuffit or winzip before uploading or sending your order via email

Please supply a screen shot of the artwork or a PDF. This is for our reference to make sure that nothing is missing or moved on the artwork when supplying.

Quark Express

Please ensure all fonts and pictures used in your artwork is supplied to us in a separate folder using the "collect for output" function under the "file" menu. Compress the document using stuffit or winzip before uploading or sending our order via email.

Please supply a screen shot of the artwork or a PDF. This is for our reference to make sure that nothing is missing or moved on the artwork when supplying.

PDF Files

We can except PDF files saved as print resolution, for best results we prefer the artwork at full size 300dpi. maximum file size: 18mb

Illustrator

Include all embedded images and convert all text to curves. Save as a eps file

Photoshop

Resolution Set to 300dpi when starting your new document Save file as either tiff or jpeg Other files not listed above must be saved either as an eps of jpeg

Please note if you require for us to make changes to your file (jpeg / eps), we would require you to re-supply new artwork as either a PSD, PDF or AI files as we are unable to make changes to flattered images (jpeg/ eps / tiff).

Imposition

Please ensure that you do not supply your files imposed or as "printers pairs". Please only send one version

Artwork Bleed

It is essential that there is a 3mm bleed around your artwork, save your artwork as any of the above formats example (A6 111 X 154.50) This is for cutting purposes.
